Chairman
David Mills
David has significant experience of managing growth in changing markets; he was the Chief Executive of the Post Office and a director of Royal Mail Holdings plc for 4 years. Prior to that he spent 40 years with Midland Bank and then HSBC directing, managing and controlling the Personal Banking Sector, including creating and launching the visionary and spectacularly successful, First Direct.
David was also Senior Independent Non Executive Director of Cardpoint plc, one of the largest ATM networks in the UK; and is a Trustee of the Royal Association for Disability and Rehabilitation; and a Vice-President of Vitalise.

Chief Executive Officer
Ian Floyed
Ian has a history of starting and building successful companies from initial concept through to full strategic delivery.
From an early career in engineering, Ian has now more than fifteen years in the UK residential property market. He set up and ran the leading Computer Software Company for residential Estate Agents in 1992, selling the company in 1998.
Ian brought together the management team for myhomemove in 2000 and since raising the initial investment has run the business through to its position as the largest independent provider of mover conveyancing in the UK.

Chief Operations Officer
Patrick Flanagan
Pat has 25 years of planning, senior management and consulting experience in large-scale customer service centres, retail operations and finance in both the USA and Europe.
He has been responsible for the development and implementation of the company`s service strategy. His responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that staff, customers and the Board have sufficient and up-to-date information, supporting the motivation of employees in sales, finance and operations, and aligning these areas to the agreed strategies and plans.

I.T. Director
Martin Collins
Martin`s 40 year career in the IT industry has spanned technology changes from punched cards and paper tape to the internet. During that time he has worked for major organisations, including IBM, as well as acting as an independent consultant and setting up two software companies.
For the last 25 years much of Martin`s work has been in the property industry including establishing the TEAM network of estate agents, working as Operations Director for a financial services company selling through independent estate agents and, since its setup in 2001, as IT Director for myhomemove.

Corporate Sales Director
Stephen Hayter
Stephen Hayter has been involved in property all of his working life as an Estate Agent and Chartered Surveyor. He is well known in the industry having held senior posts in independent and corporate estate agencies as well as providing management, training and IT consultancy to some of the country's leading agencies. He has long promoted change in the house transfer system.
He is a founding Director of myhomemove and has been responsible for the development of it's considerable user base of agents and mortgage advisors. His responsibilities include the development of new business and relationship management through a field based team, and a growing support team at the firm's HQ in Leicester.

Operations Director
Kevin Smith
Kevin has specialized and worked in Residential Conveyancing since 1983. He joined myhomemove in 2002 and was appointed Operations Director in 2005. Together with his team he reengineered our service delivery model with customer service, communication and speed of processing at the heart.
Kevin has responsibility for myhomemove Operations over multiple operating sites and has taken the lead in developing our blended onshore-offshore operating model between our UK and India Operation Centres.
Within myhomemove Kevin leads the Operations staff on a day to day basis, developing management skills and efficient processes throughout the company.

Commercial Director
Mark Montgomery
Mark has a background in both business development and project management. After an early career in B2B and B2C marketing and service delivery Mark joined RWE npower in 2000 where he was responsible for Homemover and Non-Core products. Mark was heavily involved in the investment in myhomemove and subsequently was RWE npower`s representative on the company`s Board.
Prior to joining myhomemove in 2007 Mark was responsible for Energy Product Development and Delivery to circa 4 million UK households.
Within myhomemove Mark leads New Business Unit Operations, Marketing Delivery, HIPs and a range of strategic development projects.
