Our legal services are provided by two independent legal firms. These are MHM Solicitors which is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and Premier Property Lawyers which is regulated by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers.
All clients are allocated an experienced case handler who will see the matter through from beginning to end. The case handler, and supporting colleagues are available at any time to talk to you by phone, and will, in any event, constantly update you during the entire transaction. Meanwhile, progress of the case is available to the client 24/7 on the internet, and if requested we can keep clients updated on progress by sending SMS Text messages to their mobile phone.

From the 1st August 2007 sellers of residential property with four or more bedrooms in England & Wales were required to provide detailed property information, a Home Information Pack (HIP), for prospective buyers, and from the 10th September 2007 it also applied to 3 bedroom properties.
By making detailed information more available and accessible, in the form of a Home Information Pack, buyers will be able to make a more informed decision before entering into any commitment.

Leading up to the Governments launch date we are also supplying Sellers Information Packs that contain everything but the Searches and Home Condition Report, as well as useful property information including details of the home’s contents and essential property information.
Our packs can be delivered in a complete range of media including a secure hard copy (which is a mandatory requirement), CD Rom and they can be viewed or downloaded directly from the internet, but printing from the internet will not incorporate any security features.
