Our direct conveyancing is delivered through Premier Property Lawyers Ltd, a subsidiary which employs experienced Solicitors and Licensed Conveyancers and is regulated by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers.
We exchange/complete a third of our active caseload each month which means quicker turnover for introducers and quicker certainty for clients.

Introducer Services
We work hard to look after our introducers which is why we have field based Account Managers and office based Relationship Managers. Combined, they ensure that our introducers have everything needed to make the most of our services.
We are happy to discuss the right deal for each introducer and our unique myreward scheme provides an additional thank you for individual staff who recommend our services.
Energy Performance Certificates

As of 21st May, it is compulsory that all properties for sale have an EPC. Sellers are required to commission, but won't need to have received an Energy Performance Certificate before marketing their property.
