Conveyancing is the transfer of the legal ownership of a property from one person to another. Once everything is in order and all parties are satisfied, the conveyancers will exchange contracts and complete the transaction. If we have paid out any additional costs on your behalf, we will still need the payment for these. Any upfront payments are not refundable but will be credited against costs incurred.
