Nationwide tops Conveyancer lender chart for 2013

Analysis compiled by myhomemove, from the largest conveyancer in the UK showed Nationwide has topped the mortgage lender chart for purchase transactions, having helped 17.5%* of property buyers secure a new home in 2013.

myhomemove transacted in every postcode in England and Wales and is on the panel for over 200 UK lenders. It also confirmed that cash purchases accounted for 22% of all purchase transactions.
