Karen Pay joins My Home Move as Director of Human Resources.December 17, 2015
Karen Pay has joined My Home Move, the UK’s leading provider of mover conveyancing services, as Director of Human Resources.
Karen who has previously worked for Xylem Water Solutions, GRG Executive Search and Germanischer Lloyd GL, has over 17 years’ experience within the HR sector. She is an experienced board level partner who excels in ensuring HR functions perform to support a company’s strategic vision.
Speaking of her new appointment, Karen said, “I am delighted to have joined such a highly professional, innovative and customer-focused company. I am very much looking forward to helping My Home Move reach its growth goals, develop its people and recruit the skilled and talented employees needed to deliver its award-winning conveyancing service to 100,000 people a year by 2017.”
Karen will replace interim HR Director, Lucie Thornton, who has worked with the company for the past 2 years. Lucie will now resume her consultancy role at ThortonHR Ltd.
