What can your clients expect as part of our Direct Conveyancing Service?
Longer opening hours – Open 8am-8pm Monday to Thursday and 8am-7pm on Fridays. We’re also open at weekends, Saturday 9am-4pm and Sunday 10am-3pm.
Dedicated conveyancer – To guide and assist your client through the entire conveyancing process, they will be assigned their own personal conveyancer, who is part of a team of home moving experts.
eWay (online case-management) – A revolutionary online service that allows clients to manage their case whenever they want, from wherever they are using a smartphone, tablet or PC.
No move, no legal fee – If the move falls through completely, through no fault of the client, they won’t be charged our lawyer’s fee.*
Regular status updates – The client will receive regular status updates via email, SMS, phone call or letter, whichever they prefer.
Our Direct Conveyancing service is regulated by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers.

*This guarantee means that we will only charge you our legal fee if you move. If, for any reason, your sale or purchase falls through, we will not charge you anything for our time with the exception of the File Opening Fee which is payable once a sale or purchase has been agreed (subject to contract). If we have paid out any additional costs on your behalf, we will still need the payment for these. Any upfront payments are not refundable but will be credited against costs incurred.
