My Home Move grows into its new home with plans to offer apprenticeships to Leicestershire’s school leavers
March 15, 2017Leading local business My Home Move, finalists for this year’s Leicester Mercury Business Awards, has settled into its new purpose-built home on Enderby’s Grove Park.
The multi-million pound investment by the company, part of its strategy to ensure a ‘Great Place to Work’ brings together all of its 400 strong Leicester-based employees into one campus. The state-of-the-art facilities provides themed meeting rooms to encourage creativity, an onsite café with health conscious food and Costa coffee, as well as ‘walking desks’ to help combat a desk-bound culture. The company believes it offers one of the most comfortable and innovative work spaces in Leicester.

As part of its commitment to the local community, My Home Move is currently developing its own apprenticeship programme to be delivered at its new campus on Grove Park. Building on the success of its conveyancing traineeships, which are delivered through its award-winning Learning and Development Academy, My Home Move will offer apprenticeships to the region’s school leavers, alongside current employees, who are looking to gain experience and professional qualifications in –

- Customer Service
- Administration
