My Home Move wins ‘UK Customer Experience Award’ 2016

My Home Move has won the 'New Product / Product Improvement - Making the Most of Technology' Award at the UK Customer Experience Awards 2016 in recognition of its enhanced eWay service.

Held on 23rd September at the Park Plaza Hotel, Westminster Bridge, London, the awards celebrated the very best in customer experience as delivered by UK companies.

Speaking of the win, Doug Crawford said, “The experience a customer has of your business shapes its success. Their pleasure in the service they received translates not only into a happy client but also into new and repeat business. We ensure our customers’ satisfaction by investing in the technology we use to meet the expectations they have developed from shopping, banking and living their lives through online.

“Today our clients are able to manage their home move on the go - via a smartphone or tablet, 24/7 – and thanks to our new accompanying eWay app, the experience our clients have of our conveyancing service is seamless. I would like to thank the judges for their high praise in recognition of eWay and look forward to sharing this award with all my colleagues at My Home Move. ”

This is the fifth award My Home Move has been presented with in 2016, in recognition of its innovative technology, unrivalled expertise and exceptional customer care. For further details on the UK Customer Experience Awards visit here.
