Time is money, as the old saying goes.
We’re all time-short. Our days are filled to the brim of doing this thing, then that thing and, oh – I forgot to do this other thing today. If only there were a few more minutes in the day.
Saving time and making things quicker has led to the push and adoption of internet services in the last decade or so. Online fills our time now, meaning we can get so many more ‘things’ done than we could ever before – but with that comes a new problem for the 21st century; more and more things can be done, so more and more things need to be done.
As we continue to migrate our tasks to an ever-increasing digital realm, it’s up to service providers to make using their products and portals as easy and quick as possible.
And that’s exactly what we had in mind when we were developing our new Introducer eWay portal. How could we make working together even easier and quicker?
The Time Gained
We know that most of our partners have a number of clients using our services at any one time, so one of the key features we wanted to build into Introducer eWay was the ability to see all of those clients in one place, in a way that would make working together easier.
By now, you should be familiar with the case view screen, which shows you all of the details you need to know about your client’s case. To recap, here’s what it looks like:
This is usually the screen that many of you will be looking at when you call the conveyancer, or the team, to talk through a case.
We also know that one of the problems that our partners have faced historically is that, when they’ve called a conveyancer and talked through a case, they will discover that the next case that needs their attention also sits with the same conveyancer. This then leads to having to make multiple phone calls throughout the day to the same person, ultimately wasting a lot of time.
In the new Introducer eWay portal, we’ve addressed this issue by making it easy to see all of the cases that you currently have with the conveyancer you’re talking to.
By clicking on the conveyancer’s photograph to the left, the portal will take you to a list of all of the cases with this conveyancer, meaning you can save time and make the most of the conversations you are having.
This new feature is just one of many ways in which the portal makes it easier to access the information you need, when you need it.
