Life has become all about convenience.
From self-check-out counters at the supermarket, to the universally accepted phrase “Google it”; convenience is the nature of the new age.
It used to be that if you needed to know something, or didn’t have the information, you would consult someone who does – or go one step further and try and find a physical piece of paper with words written on it. And now, even the legal sector is changing, with a move to online or digital files, rather than overflowing cabinets and stacks of paper.
So in this age of digital convenience, it doesn’t make sense to have to consult multiple files/emails/records to find the information that you want. That’s why when we were building our new Introducer eWay portal, we wanted to make it as easy and convenient as possible to find the information you need, as quickly as possible.
Quick Search
When you first log in to the Introducer eWay, you’re greeted with the familiar dial, which if you remember shows you how many cases you have and where they are in the pipeline. You will see that above the dial is a search bar, as shown below.
With this built-in search function, you can find a case quickly and easily by using keywords, such as the address, client name or case reference number.
We know that many of our partners usually have many cases with us, so we wanted to make it quicker for you to find the information you need and save time having to scroll through numerous cases to find the one that you need.
As you can see in the below example, you can simply type in the street address, or the client’s name, and you will be able to find the case that you are looking for in the search results.
This feature, along with others new to the Introducer eWay portal, should make it easier for you to access the information you need, when you need it.
So far we’ve had some great feedback from our partners that are beginning to use the new portal. We’re all looking forward to getting everyone set up and using the new features.
