Being so close to the election, I’ve been thinking a lot about the promises made in party manifestos. No matter who wins the election on 8th June, the Prime Minister and their cabinet will be held accountable and judged against the promises they make. Out of their promises come expectations and the satisfaction of the public depends on the whether those promises are kept.
It seemed only fitting that while the political parties are making their pledges, we launched one of our own. I had the pleasure of presenting our ‘Manifesto’ for the future at our annual conference a few weeks ago; our promise for the future of My Home Move.
Our promise is that we will do everything in our power to act in line with our values and our customers should always expect us to do so. Each of our values (Engage and Inspire, Build Relationships, Lead by Example, Deliver Excellence and Shape the Future) is a promise we make to everyone we deal with – whether you are an introducer, client, colleague or other-side lawyer. Keeping these promises is down to every person at My Home Move.
We hope that you can share this journey with us and ‘b’ My Home Move.
I would like to share with you a quick glimpse at a new product that will be available later this year, which will help My Home Move and our introducers work more efficiently together than ever before. Thank you and we look forward to working with you even more closely in the future.
