Last month I had the pleasure of rolling out our new Introducer eWay portal to some of our industry partners. As I have said in previous posts, this new piece of technology, which was developed completely in-house by our own Software Development team, aims to revolutionise the way that conveyancers, estate agents and financial services providers work together, with more transparency than ever before.
Communication and easy access to information is one of the most highly valued elements of any service and I believe that we have made it easier than ever to keep up-to-date with everything that is going on with your clients.
To highlight just how much of a difference Introducer eWay can make to you, I’ll be outlining each of its features in this new series for our blog.
The Dashboard
The Introducer eWay dashboard is the central hub of information. From here, you can quickly and easily see all of the top-line information that you need about your clients’ conveyancing cases.
Now, those of you that are familiar with our client eWay portal will recognise the dashboard format that we’ve come to adopt at My Home Move. The dial is your primary tool for keeping track of all of your cases, giving you a quick view of your conveyancing pipeline, your sales income and tasks.
For Introducer eWay, the dial is broken down into sections in a similar way to the client dial, but it is more tailored to suit the milestones important to you. Around the dial, you have the option to scrutinise where in the conveyancing cycle your income is sitting, helping you to see your conveyancing income in a snapshot and which areas to concentrate efforts.
For those who prefer to work from tables, the Case Summary gives a slightly more in-depth view of the cases that you have with us, including the number of cases and where they are in the conveyancing cycle. This gives you more insight into the types of cases our conveyancers are working on for you and help you to keep track of your clients’ cases.
You can also easily search for a particular case, property, client or quotation by using the ‘Smart Search’ function at the top of the dashboard. Having this function readily-available as soon as you log in should make it easier to find the information you need, when you need it.
At the side of the dashboard, you will see your navigation bar, which lets you find more detailed information on quotations, cases and your key contacts.
The dashboard makes it a lot quicker and easier to find information at a glimpse and should help to inform the conversations that you have around the office or with your conveyancer, to help cases move through to completion quicker.
We are still rolling our Introducer eWay portal out across all of our partners and I can’t wait to show you some of the many other great features that this portal has, that will help us work closer together than ever before.
And let’s not forget this is only Phase 1 – I have many more ideas and plans to provide you with even more information, in a format that you will find accessible and valuable.
